Order Protection
Shopping online should feel simple and stress-free. With our optional Protect Plus service, you can enjoy extra reassurance that we'll be here to help if your delivery does not go to plan.
For a small additional fee at checkout, Protect Plus gives you priority support if your parcel is lost, damaged, missing, or mis-delivered on its way to you.
What's Included:
Missing or Mis-delivered Parcels
If tracking says delivered but nothing has arrived, we'll contact the courier and investigate for you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, marked, broken, or faulty, we'll fast-track a solution.
Lost Parcels
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, we'll resend your order or issue a refund, subject to review and eligibility.
Priority Support
If something goes wrong with your delivery and it is covered by Order Protection, your query will be prioritised by our customer service team.
For help, please email ProtectPlus@axparis.com and we'll raise an investigation where required and work to find a solution quickly.
Missing Delivery
If your parcel has not arrived and the tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact our customer service team at ProtectPlus@axparis.com .
If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at ProtectPlus@axparis.com within 24 hours of the parcel being marked as delivered. Our customer service team will investigate on your behalf.
Our team aims to resolve delivery issues within 7 working days.
Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged and you added Order Protection, please send proof of the damage, including clear photos, to ProtectPlus@axparis.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Our customer service team will review the issue, investigate on your behalf and aim to resolve it as soon as possible.
Please note Order Protection does not cover incorrect delivery details entered at checkout, refused deliveries, or delays caused by circumstances outside our or the courier's control.

The service provided above is in addition to those that you already receive as standard.
The services set out above should be treated as part of the services set out in our standard terms and conditions and shall, upon payment of the additional fee, form part of our contract.
This is in alignment with our terms and conditions.
